Millard Fillmore was the 13th President of the United States of America. He was born on January 7, 1800 in Cayuga County, New York. He was the last Whig Party President, serving after the death of Zachary Taylor. Holding office from July 9, 1850 to March 4, 1853, his administration launched the Perry Expedition to Japan.
